
Booking Policy
IHustle Booking Policy & Client Agreement
To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Deposit Policy
* A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
* The deposit must be paid at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total.
Wig Drop-Off Policy
* All wigs must be dropped off 2–3 days prior to your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for preparation and ensure a timely installation.
Reinstallation Policy
* IHustle does not reinstall wigs that were not originally installed by IHustle. This policy is in place for quality assurance and liability purposes.
Recommended Wig Type
* HD Lace or Transparent Lace wigs are highly recommended to achieve the best installation results.
Wig Cleaning Fee
* If your wig requires washing or additional preparation before installation, a $20 cleaning fee will be added to the cost of your service.
Late Arrival Policy
* Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period.
* Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in:
* Appointment cancellation, or
* A $30 late fee, if the appointment can still be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
* Failure to provide proper notice may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.
Client Agreement
By scheduling an appointment with IHustle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above policies. These policies help us maintain a professional schedule and provide exceptional service to every client.
